Description of the module

Rich in abundant content and presented in a variety of ways (interactive PDFs, films, videos, articles), the Preparatory Course provides an introduction and first elements of the subject, in terms of methodology and tools for understanding, as well as in history, culture and knowledge. It shall allow the student to gently acquire the in depth aptitude to meet with Ayurveda at the level for which this training is intended.

The content is divided into two categories: primary and supplementary. Except for Sanskrit, the student has to complete all the primary contents during the time of the Preparatory Course. The e-content (primary and supplementary) remains available to the student throughout the full training course.

Sanskrit training, although being a core content of the Preparatory Course, evolves on an individual bases, flexibly and without transition into the first year, where the full e-content of Sanskrit will be studied. The progress achieved during the Preparatory Course will greatly ease the work for Sanskrit during 1st year.
